Pada 24 November 2005, Surat khabar Bahasa Cina "China Press" membuat liputan sensasi berhubung kes ketuk-ketampi bogel yang berlaku di Balai Polis Petaling Jaya. Sekarang muncul pula "Nude Squat 2.0" melanda agensi penguatkuasaan undang-undang Negara. Kes yang mirip kejadian sewaktu zaman Tun Abdullah Badawi ini dilaporkan berlaku ke atas 2 orang wanita rakyat Singapura pula.

On 24 November 2005, the Chinese newspaper, "China Press" released a sensational report coverage regarding the naked squat pumping with hands pulling ears,that occurred at the Petaling Jaya Police Station. Currently there appears also "Nude Squat 2.0" that exists at the national law enforcement agency. This case that resembles closely the similar events that happened during the era of Tun Abdullah Badawi, has been reported to have also happened to two women Singapore citizens.

With all due respect, I would like to bring Note of Motion subject to the provision of House of Representative Standing Order 18 in order to present proposals as stipulated below:-
On 13 JUNE 2011, the Singapore media exposed the fact that on 9 JUNE 2011, 2 women Singapore citizens who were detained by the Johor Bahru Custom Authority, were ordered to strip and do squat pumping with hands pulling the ears. They were detained for 24 hours for improper entry that is not legal because their passports were not stamped by the Custom Authority. They went through the check point but no Duty Officer was seen. They tried to use the intercom service but there was no officer attending to the fingerprinting scanning system.

Dengan segala hormatnya, saya ingin memberikan notis pemberitahuan di bawah Peraturan Mesyuarat P.18 untuk mengemukakan usul seperti berikut:
Pada 13hb Jun 2011, media Singapore telah mendedahkan bahawa pada 9hb Jun 2011, 2 orang wanita rakyat Singapura telah ditahan oleh Penguatkuasa Kastam Johor Bahru, diarahkan melucutkan pakaian dan ketuk ketampi. Mereka telah ditahan selama 24 jam atas kesalahan kemasukan yang tidak sah oleh kerana pasport mereka yang tidak dicop oleh Pihak Kastam. Mereka telah melalui Pos Pemeriksaan namun tiada Pegawai Bertugas kelihatan, cuba menggunakan perkhidmatan interkom malahan, tiada pegawai untuk mengendalikan sistem pengesahan cap jari. Mereka telah berpatah balik untuk memastikan pasport mereka di cop tetapi telah ditahan.
