Join Statement: Hiking Competition organised by DAP Muar District

A hiking competition jointly organised by DAP Bakri Constituency Parliamentary Liaison Comittee and DAP Muar Constituency Parliamentary Liaison Committee at Bukit Mor on 1st January 2012. Initially the competition was held on 18th December 2011. Due to bad weather, the organiser decided to delay until New Year's Day of 2012.

During the Hari Raya festive season in September 2011, Mukim Air Hitam which is located at the Bukit Naning State Constituency faced the problem of low water pressure for the local water supply. Some areas did not have water supply from early morning until evening. This had caused much inconvenience to the residents in that area, especially during the Hari Raya season when the water demand is high.

Needy students get aid

MUAR: The district PAS division presented educational aid, including cash, to nearly 200 needy students in the Maharani constituency.

DAP Muar Constituency Liaison Committee will hold a dinner in Sungai Abong Sin Kee Tin Restaurant on 8th August, 2010 at 7pm to celebrate it's first anniversary.

Our dinner party guests will be IPOH TIMOR MP cum DAP Parliamentary Leader Y.B. Lim Kit Siang, RASAH MP cum DAPSY National Chairman Y.B. Loke Siew Fook, Selangor Assembly Speaker cum Sungai Pinang State Assemblyman Teng Chang Khim and Johor Assembly Opposition Leader cum Skudai State Assemblyman Y.B. Dr. Boo Cheng Hau.

So far we have sold out 160 tables and all guests will be required to bring theirs entrance ticket for verification.
